Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

type in 800xxxxxx in the library card area
No need to register, simply type a number, as above, in the library card area

Here you need to put in an 8 or 9 digit number - your actual library number would probably work but you can try a few & should get access. (Try 800XXXXXX where X is some random number.)

I am getting the message: "Invalid barcode/library card number"

Did you put in 800 and then an eight or nine digit number? I did that first, and it didn't work for me either.

But then I tried a nine-digit number INCLUDING 800 (i.e. 800 followed by just SIX random digits), and it worked perfectly.

Have just had a flick through my local paper (just published today). Might buy it anyway, like I normally do, or might just go back for another look online later tonight....
