Hi Does any one have any tips on how to get the above issue resolved. Short version is : incurred both doctor and dentist bills in france in june for our little man. All covered under E111 form. Sent off claim to Paris address supplied by HSE E111 section. 5 weeks later paris writes back to say file gone to Nantes as we…

Hi

Does any one have any tips on how to get the above issue resolved. Short version is : incurred both doctor and dentist bills in france in june for our little man. All covered under E111 form. Sent off claim to Paris address supplied by HSE E111 section. 5 weeks later paris writes back to say file gone to Nantes as we were in that
region. Three letters to Nantes since then and still no joy. Takes about 5 weeks for
them to even acknowledge receipt. No email address available just a mail address and a case reference number. Impossible to get anywhere by phone ???

Any suggestions
