Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Was happy enough not picking up the Samsung yesterday as I have pretty much the same one already but this is very tempting...

Think I might have to stop checking bargain alerts!

Looks great and a great price. Unfortunately I think it is too big for my room :(

It looks like exactly what I'm in the market for,
but I have a fear of the 'soap opera' effect. Objects appear to look really fake, is seems the clarity is just too crisp.

What should i be looking out for to avoid this?

I find most TVs on display in shops seem to have this, in my eyes anyway!
    Thanks

Those features can always be turned off.

On Philips TVs, it's usually called PixelPlus, or will be under the PixelPlus menu at least.

On this TV, it's likely to be the "3D Perfect Natural Motion" feature.

Yep that's spot on, it should only be used for fast moving images (such as sports) and is usually enabled by default on a lot of TVs, there's a few people I know don't turn it off as they like it  On Samsung's it's called Motionplus I think.

Decided to go ahead with this, but order won't go through! Hanging at payment page. Wonder if I left it too late. Anyone else pull the trigger and order one?
