    Do you have any plans to implement changing the glue records automatically
    I tried on one site and obviously had to send an email - that took 48 hours for a response
    You are not the only ones as tried another provider and they are the same
    This is something I am used to being able to do myself with other TLD's or is it something that IEDR make extremely labourious

    Hi fritzelly,

    There are some restrictions in place and they vary from one registry to another, the IEDR process is manual at the present I am afraid but if you open a ticket with our helpdesk we can assist as quickly as possible.
