Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Requested mortgage pack for solicitor but survey means we will go back with a revised offer.

Unlikely vendor will accept, but if they did it would mean a smaller mortgage.

Does the previous mortgage pack mean a full restart of application process, even though same property

No. The bank will just update the application with the findings of the new survey and reissue a new offer with revised figures etc.

I had similar experience and along with the new offer the bank needed proof that I had the money to fix the critical issues found in the survey.
Painfully, they also held back another portion of the mortgage until those critical fixes were completed.
    It was BoI.
