AES excess recycling

    Does anyone know if AES are back to collecting extra recycling ?

    I have an elderly relative who missed the collection days a few times during the lockdown.

    I been trying AES customer support but being kept on hold for ages.

    Neither of have the money to spare to hire one of the small local waste collectors or even a baby skip.

    I'm wondering about this too. Couldn't get through to the helpline earlier either.
