The Ryanair Refund Loop

    Hi there,



    Does anyone know how to get out of the Ryanair Refund Loop?



    I go to the Cash Refund option to redeem my cash refund.

    Then I am told "You have not applied for a refund for this booking."

    I go through this process, and I am asked to confirm is this for "All customers and all flights booked on this flight reservation."

    And then I am told "A previous application has already been submitted for this booking".





    Which is it? Have I made an application for a refund or haven't I?

    Is there anyway to bypass this crap and just make a complaint?

    Does anyone have an email or phone number to use to get this resolved?

    Use the chat function on their webpage. I had the same as you and after talking to them I received my refund within a week.
