Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Just a quick question, does anyone know a rough average what a solicitor charges for a motor accident claim settled at the injuries board first assessment stage before court proceedings stage.

    Well they took 10% of my claim, probably worded differently but that’s exactly what it was

    they often waive their fee if the PIAB stage yields nothing , if successful , 2500 or thereabouts
