Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi , just a query in relation to new imagine customers who recently signed up in last 6 - 12 months or so , how are ye finding them , I have read so many complaints on here about them and I'm curious to know if its fairly new customers to the service or older customers connected for a few years . They are going live on a mast around 4 miles from my house next week and I'm waiting for installation, currently I have 3 mobile broadband and in all honesty I get 15-20 meg every night even at weekends and it generally does all we need , am I taking a big gamble switching to imagine , I reckon we would defo use 20-25 gb a day , its a busy house and with my work I dial into a lot of remote pc's for maybe 2 hours a day , any helpful info would be great. Thanks

All I would say is the 2 year contract was the main reason I stayed with my dismal speeds with who I am with now. I have no contract and pay monthly and have been holding out for the NBP which I might see in who knows how many years. I have read the stories here and elsewhere how Imagines speeds were great at the beginning and the more that use that mast the worse it gets. If it was me I would stick with what you have if it does the job and wait until you see how Imagine plays out when up and running in about 6 months at least.

Don't expect anything from life, just be grateful to be alive.

I would stay with 3. My sister in cullens is with Imagine, the whole area seems to be which means evenings & weekend no broadband. Atleast with 3 your not tied into a contract , if its doing what you need it for why change. I am with 3 also find it great. My area was on NBP but my area was removed they have put cables down from outside my house maybe less then 2years ago and have’nt heard a word since from anyone
