Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Nice! On my list of possible next bikes. McCallen's?

Yeah I'd say try it. Very torquey low down but has the power as well. The whistle and the roar put smiles on the face. Feels really good in the corners, as I said planted!

I actually bought it privately from a nice man that was very up front and open with it. It was the model, colour, spec etc so just pulled the trigger

A brand new Royal Enfield Interceptor GT came out for it first run today.

Looks good, and it's being gently run in.

Tank bag attached to the petrol cap? Not a pain in the hole filling it? Was thinking of something similar, handy for the phone, maps etc, but thought having to take it on and off each time, put me off

Not at all.

But then you're at the mercy of a third party hosting site, and some have re-used links to show porn etc. or just break.

He's already attached it to his post, so URL of the attachment would display it, and it's hosted on Boards so won't stop working.

There are some threads on Boards that are practically unreadable after six months or so due to link rot,

Scrap the cap!

I have the same bag, theyre handy, I dump the contents of my pocket into it along with visor wipes, spare plugs etc. If you can get magnetic they're cheaper, especially the waterproof ones.

Ode To The Motorist

“And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, generates funds to the exchequer. You don't want to acknowledge that as truth because, deep down in places you don't talk about at the Green Party, you want me on that road, you need me on that road. We use words like freedom, enjoyment, sport and community. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent instilling those values in our families and loved ones. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”

Not my bike yet, but I put a deposit on it - a low mileage 2012 BMW K1300S.
The next thing is to do the importing paperwork and pay VRT.
I'm getting ahead of myself, but this morning I bought a 1" lowering kit from Lust Racing.

Nice! I had one a few years ago. Brilliant machine. Very fast, refined and the most comfortable bike I've ever had. The downside is expensive maintenance though.
