Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

An older relative set up an account for my son about 12 years ago when he was a baby and was paying regularly into it. Unfortunately that person passed away a couple of years ago. Is there any way of finding out if that account is still active?

    Hi There,

Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.ie.

You can certainly check this at any of our branches with photo ID. It may also be necessary for your son to join you, as it is likely the account will be in his name.

I have attached a link here to our branch locator. This will help you find a branch most convenient for you.

    Thanks, Aisling
