Gas regulator options on propane BBQ?

Hi, looking for some advice on the correct choice of gas regulator on a BBQ using propane. Previous BBQ (2 burner) worked fine on current regulator, new BBQ (3 burner) is burning very strong, even at low control setting. Regulator markings: 37mbar, 1.5kg/h, type 394 (or 384) Any suggestions?
