Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Yeah from what I read about the case the logic is that she wasnt hitchhiking and she didnt match the profile of many of the girls murdered on the Highway. The highway of tears now has billboards along its length advising young women not to hitchhike there. I also think that they may be holding out on the slim chance she wasn't murdered, maybe abducted etc.

    Thee are a few documentaries about the case - one which discusses her disappearance and then does a segment on the Highway of tears.
