Keep them Cucina. I have a few cards I got from my Indian penpal. I also had two American penpals and an Irish penpal - never met any of them. I still keep a few letters from them. My mother was very suspicious of all this correspondence at the time and asked my big brother to read the letters to make sure all was as it should be! I fought hard against this intrusion into my privacy but eventually handed the letters over for his perusal. There was nothing to worry about, all we were interested in was films, TV shows, and music. I think he might have been a tad disappointed in how boring it all was!
You are all my penpals now, or would that be clickpals, or screenpals or cloudpals? What would the term be today?0 -
