Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm a past student of UL, and dropped out of a course a few years ago. Currently require my transcript for an application I'm making. I have requested one via this online hub, but am still waiting for a response since Monday, and no phones are being answers (I'm assuming they're all working from home due to Covid.

Have I done the right thing? Any other ideas as to how I could get access to my transcript? Obviously I don't have access to the digitary thing as I didn't graduate.

    Thanks

Academic administration are always up the walls for the first few weeks of colleges returning. It's crackers! They will only accept official documents requests from that online portal thing. I think they say it takes 10 working days for requests to be fulfilled.
