Old Grease Stains on Polo

Just noticed a polo shirt has some grease stains on it when I put it on today (why do I always get stung cooking the Sunday roast!). It's been washed and dried a month I'd say, any hints or tips to get it out?

I have used washing up liquid sucesfully, dab the stain with a decent amount of liquid and leave over night to work. Wash at 60c if the material allows.
