Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The food looks AMAZING... Feed me :p

I think the ad overall is a bit boring though, I know they want to primarily showcase their food but the actors are quite stilted. Also is the song Albatross by Fleetwood Mac? It isn't a particularly Christmassy song

If we're doing a vote for worst Christmas ad ever that selfridges future Christmas one gets my vote. Worst Christmas ad I think I've ever seen!

The guide dogs one was such a clever idea. And I love that papa Noel one too.

Paddy and Emma sound so unnatural in the m&s ad even the food couldn't distract from it... Well maybe just a little... I guess I am pretty peckish after watching. Need to get some mince pies!!!!

That M&S advert is rubbish... a real poor effort. Assume its the first of 2 or 3 ones from them.

Agree with you - it reminds vaguely of the Burberry one from last year which was equally bad

That Ikea one might not be very Christmassy but it speaks to me on a personal level! :D

That m&s jumpers one is much better than the food one and Idris Elba could be singing an Easter song while dressed up for st.patricks day and I'd still be happy :D mmmmmmm Idris.

Don't like the Lidl one at all (page 6). It feels really fake and cheap.

Asda is cute. Amazon one made me shed a tear at the end (Also page 6)

Like the visa one actually. Not massively Christmassy, but I like that a big entity such as that, where people tend to use their product to buy online are encouraging people to shop local.

That Selfridges one - I don't like it at all!!

I wouldn't let my younger ones watch the Bougyes telecom one - talk about a spoiler. Concept is lovely for adults though.

Omg!! Is that Lidl UK one a real ad? They pronounce their own shop name wrong. Even Ikea don't do that. And he says " wishes come through" ... please someone tell me it's a fake.

Love love love the Boots one!

That argos ad is absolutely class!

How many of us as children got some type of musical instruments hoping we would be next rock star!!!!!!!!

The reality was we probably played it for about a week + then gave up.
