I submitted my online passport renewal application on Wednesday morning (by mobile phone) and received my passport in the post on Friday. Fantastic service.

I submitted an online renewal for my son on Friday and posted the consent form, cover page and birth cert as requested to passport office same day. I got the passport on Wednesday(3 working day).
So pleased with the service.
