    Hi all

    Went sale agreed yesterday just looking for recommendations for surveyors in dublin please

    Also any idea what you would pay for this

    Depends on what service you want and how invasive if structural survey you are allowed carried out.

    Most structural surveys will be carried out once you own the property as it involves opening up works, invasive workes and destructive works in order to get to bisabke structural fabric of the house.

    Now, if it’s just a typical visual pre purchase survey then there are no opening up works carried out. Expect to pay anywhere between €350 and €600 depending on who you use, where you are located etc
