Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

yeah they are expecting a further 2 feet of snow to fall in New York today on top of whats already there.

    It's common enough there though.
I was there two years ago in february and was wading waist deep in snow in central park.

Heavean for me would be 29 inches of snow, no electricity, loads of candles, a crate of wine, fridge full of food, half bar, and a few good philosophy books to read while not stoned or running around in the snow........

I've just come from Austria and they are extremely well organised and they are just about able to deal with the snow so it doesn't effect everyday life. If we were to get snow like that in Ireland, the country would collapse for real.
