Regarding the Bill Giles thing.

About a week or two ago I was looking at that and he was predicting a large scandanavian high and a bitter cold easterly over Britain and Ireland for mid to late february.

I notice he has changed his mind.

This stuff is interesting to read, but is Very, Very unreliable.
