    Can you claim rent relief if you rent in an owner occupied house/apt?

    Can a landlord refuse to give you their details resulting in you not being able to claim? I've never come across this but want to be sure.

    the only information you need from the landlord is the PPS number but it doesnt matter whether you have it or not

    you can claim without pps.

    just fill in form. give as much detail as possible. should be easy as you know landlords address.
