    Hi all look at a property for aprox 100,00 euro. I have half of that in cash so will need mortgage to secure the rest. The guide price is 100,000. Has anyone any insight on if properties are reaching the guide price in the current market? the property is in Co Kilkenny. I am living overseas at the moment

    Have you had a look at the Property Price Register transactions for the county/ area you are interested in ? Available online with weekly updates , it will give you listing of recent sales figures for properties but not the floor area or. O of rooms. You could also look at Daft.ie or MyHome.ie for similar type properties in the area and assess asking prices that way .
