Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

I wondered if anyone familiar with renting accommodation contract's could throw their eye over this one?

I'm coming at it from a tenants point of view.
I don't trust the landlord at all.

I think in the contract, the landlord is saying that i will have to pay for registration of the prtb, that i must have the bins collected weekly, they want to put a for rent / for sale sign up for the last month of contract and i'm lost on a lot of the rest of it.

If anyone could volunteer their opinion / thoughts i'd be very grateful.

we will be three years in this property in march,

    many thanks
