Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Failed the nct do to wobble in clutch pedal.

Took it to local garage. They say that the pedal box is gone and that I'd have to bring it to Fiat.

Fiat has said it could be the pedal box or the connection from the pedal to the pedal box.

Any one any experience with this? If one pedal is wobble is it likely just to be the pedal connection? Have a price from one fiat dealer. Waiting another.

I'll check later on a Panda 1.1 but if it's like Fiat's of old they just have a nut to tighten; the wobble is gone

Just as I thought: long bolt and a nut. Tighten this, the wobble should go

Which bold specifically or just tighten them all?

i would have thought that is something the garage could do? They are telling me that it needs to go to Fiat to fix.

Will collect in the morning and have a look tomorrow night.

It's likely the bush is gone that the bolt rides in and unfortunately a new pedal box is the only way to fix. Tightening the nut won't help in that situation

    Had a look this morning.

The play appears to be coming above the bolt mentioned above.

    Can they be welded?

Not sure but from what I've read that is temporary at best
