Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Leaving Cert Economics Project 2021

Doing leaving cert Economics (outside of school) and I see the assessment has been released by the SEC. Thought it would be a good idea to create a thread here for Economics.

The topic I am currently looking at doing is Research Topic 1:

"Candidates are required to pursue an individual line of enquiry on the potential implications
of the Covid-19 crisis on sustainable development for individual behaviour or business
decisions at a local, national or international level."

I am clear on choosing between individual or business decisions. What I don't understand is whether you can examine all three levels (local, national, international) in your research study or whether you must pick just one.

I note that the sample brief for Economics has another sample question where it states opportunities and/or challenges. I have queried this with the SEC but they said they are unable to answer individual queries.
