Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, What does 'Irish Church' mean in the 1901 census? Is it church of Ireland or RC?
    Thanks

It would be Church of Ireland.

Just to add to that if I may - I've often seen the term 'C of R' written to mean the Catholic church i.e. Church of Rome, mostly in Canadian and U.S. census returns.
