Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Electric Ireland Rewards website down?

    Hi,

    I am unable to get to the Electric Ireland Rewards website. The website won't load, have tried with Chrome from multiple devices (laptop, phone). Looks like it could be "down for everyone" type IT issues.

    Is there someone you could raise this with?

    The Rewards website does appear to be down. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    We have alerted the relevant department to have it worked on as soon as possible.
