Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Creating a thread to discuss any possible issues or updates regarding Met Éireann Weather Stations inspired by the "Shannon Airport synoptic weather station" thread a while back!)

    Saw this on the ME website today. I presume this will help with the accuracy of wind reports for Valentia

    Met Éireann’s first Doppler Lidar (Light Detection and Ranging) instrument was delivered to Valentia Observatory in Caherciveen, Co. Kerry in July of this year
