Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

early morning classes galway

    Hi all,
    Wondering if anyone knows of any early morning yoga classes in the Galway city area,preferably around the 7am zone as I start work at 8.30?

    It is very difficult to find early morning yoga classes unless you live in a bigger city.... i'm not knocking Galway as it is my favourite city.... and i live inside Co Galway ;-)

    Dave at the Yoga Shala used to teach early morning classes. I am not sure if he does now.

    A great idea is to start to go to some good quality yoga classes (the best teachers i have seen in Galway are at www.galwayyoga.com) , and get a group of like minded people tom practice together in each other's houses in the mornings.
