Certificate of Conformity for Campervan

When submitting an application to NCT/Revenue via Applus for VRT, does Certificate of Conformity have to be in English, or will a German CoC suffice? Also will Revenue accept a hard copy Cert. on the day you bring it to NCT for VRT evaluation? Cheers and Thanks
