Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Burial wishes - No relationship with cemetery location

Apologies if this is not the correct place to post this here. Perhaps it can be moved accordingly.
I am wondering if anyone would know if there would be issues and what costs would there be if a person requested to be buried in a location where they have no real relationship. For example knock. Is it allowed? Will the church charge a premium?
If the person is say 100 miles away, what would be an estimated cost of an undertaker?

I don't have the answer, but I think you would probably need to contact whoever has responsibility for the graveyard, say it was Knock, try contacting Mayo County Council. They should be able to tell you if there is availability and what regulations apply, cost etc.

In relation to undertaker costs, your best bet would be to contact your local undertaker. This website might be helpful for general guidance and contacts also.

I hope that this helps. All the best.
