Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Have tried calling the 061 272190 number which seems to be working but never get anyone on the other end. Continuous hold messages and music.
    Am I better off just calling the 1908 number ?

    You will probally get excuse staff are working from home and to expect delays.. I have often logged onto website and live chat option on right should appear as need help click on this and off you go .. I have used this numerous times to speak to them and ask for customer loyalty section.

    Just ring 1908. Take the sales option. As soon as you get a human, ask them for loyalty dept. vast majority of sales agents are wearing the loyalty hat also.
