Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Scart splitter ?

people , having sorted out the TV, PS1 , SNES , Megadrive and all the associated cables and gubbins , next I need a scart splitter.
Obv. I've spent handy money getting the right cables for the consoles , so it'd be a shame to leave it down with a crap splitter.

So with that in mind a couple of quick questions :

    1) am I needing a powered splitter ?
    2) manual or automatic splitter ?
    3) is there a particularly good model that people have had good results with ?

So at the moment I have 3 devices (snes , MD and PSX). I will poss. be adding a Saturn to the mix as well.

by possibly I mean almost definitely :o:o:o

    lots of discontinued stuff there.
was kind of hoping for something a bit more up to date.

I got a Bandridge 5 way scart selector on amazon about a year ago. It's the manual switch version, you can get one that switches automatically but it's just more expensive. The unit requires no power supply and is very high quality. Had gotten good reviews by the retro gaming community. Here's a youtube vid talking about it:

Found a MadCatz one on Amazon.

For gods sake no one sell a saturn on the marketplace until next month
