All going well covid-wise, we're planning to have a stag for my brother in Dingle in January next year.

Will probably be around 20 of us, are pubs in Dingle generally ok with that size of a group (in this case, probably a quieter group than most stags)... not huge nightclub fans but do any of the pubs open late?

Any other tips for accomodation, activities, food would be great too!

In normal times most places would have no bother with a group of that size in January, if they are open - many close for an annual holiday between New Year and February/March.

Accomodation would be the biggest challenge, with few B&Bs open but AirBnB if it's still around would be the best option. You'll get a decent breakfast in Orchard Lane - probably the only winter Sunday venue.
The hotels are generally shut midweek but might be open at weekends. Food wise the pubs are the best option probably but you'll get something, though choice will be limited.
Activities wise, I'd say you could be out of luck. The weather in January can be wild on another level down here, but you could be lucky; it makes planning ahead impossible though. You might plan a trip out to e.g. see Fungie and a storm thunders in to block it all. Your best bet is to wait until autumn and see what might be open.
There are a couple of late pubs/clubs - e.g. the Droichead Beag, Nellie Freds, Nelligans etc but again nobody knows when/if they may open again.

Sorry to be a bit of a downer but hopefully you can work something out.

For accommodation go to Supervalu getaway holidays site. Search for holiday homes and see if the Dingle Marina cottages are listed. The Skellig hotel owns them and they are used for people having stags etc. It's usually E299 for a week, or part of, at that time of the year. It's nearly twice that to book through the hotel. They are just a few minutes walk from the town.
