Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi i well be starting a dissertation after xmas, and i have to come up with a research idea.

I have to come up with Justification for the Research and Theoretical Framework for the dissertation.

Because i got my green belt in lean six sigma last year id would like to conduct research in this area.

I work in an precision Engineering SME which has 3 black belts, 11 green belts and 4 yellow belts. 85 people in total employed.

The green belts all did there initial projects for there belts but don't continue to use the tools thought for continuous improvement.

Would this be a good topic to research, to evaluate sustainability of Six sigma within an SME.

Any ideas on how i could expand this topic ?
