Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I was there, mental without being aggressive. I got clattered and battered..
    Brilliant from the 1st note...
Big difference (crazy crowd wise) from the previous year, and way better than ATN Festival....
One of my best gigs of the year..
I had posted previously, before Mike The Pies..

    I love Listowel...

    Sleaford Mods in the Academy.

Wow...the energy from Jason Williamson is incredible.

Special mention for Idles in the iveagh gardens...few beers and a nice summer's evening.

Garbage or Ghost for myself. Garbage in particular was fantastic, such a simple show but more than delivered on each song. Ghost was a massive show, but what a show!

Also the Manics performing This Is My Truth Tell Me Yours was also a special evening

In fairness to Liam, he puts on a good show & for a man who is nearly 50 and the way he sings it cant be easy. He has had an incredible comeback

Special mention to Dirty Harry a Blondie tribute act I saw in Dundee last Sunday, the lead singer being from New York made all the more authentic looking like an 1980s Debbie Harry. I hope they turn up on the Salty Dog stage at Electric Picnic.

Anybody who looks like a 1980's Debbie Harry is welcome at the Salty Dog.

Enjoyed Steel Panther, Foo Fighters and Volbeat, but Gloryhammer was the best one I attended this year.

Olafur Arnalds in London (South Bank) - Could hear a pin drop. The best behaved crowd I've ever been in.
    Tame Impale - 3Arena
Patti Smith or Hot Chip - ATN
Manics in The Olympia because they played some very rarely heard stuff from the entire back catalogue.
Death Cab for Cutie (I think that was this year) - Olympia

Oh wow I was at that Olafur Arnalds gig too. Really amazing. What a venue too.
