Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

    I need advice!
I cant take sides in a debate at work i.e. where one colleague is stating one thing and another stating another because I always see both sides.

What's wrong with me. How can I man up.

Why do you need to take sides?

The man up phrase is an insult to men.

You have empathy and are diplomatic, they are good traits. Why on earth do you think you need to wade into the middle of an argument?

Not your circus not your monkey.

Is one in a union and one not?
    Are you in a union?

Given the quality of your post, i don't see how you could contribute positively to any debate or dispute.

You're best to keep your head down and leave your colleagues to it.
