Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

refunds from trip

    Hi ,

    Have a booking with emirateholidays, so includes flights with Emirates airlines and hotel ..due to fly 6th April .. obviously not now as emirates has grounded fleet etc..got an email this morning offering a credit note for travel between July 2020
    and 2021..I was assuming they would have to refund me in cash? Anyone know where I stand here ?
    I also have VHI multrip ..I will obviously be ringing them but just if anyone had advice .

    so update for anyone in the same boat - Tried to claim through my VHI multitrip but they have responded that since Emirates have cancelled it they are liable to refund me in full..Been the last 2 days trying to contact emirates and been on hold non -stop..anyone have any luck contacting emirates if so could you tell me how, I have been trying a UK number 00442089728900
