Condensation in attic

Just been up in the attic and noticed condesation on the underside of the tile felt. Also slight damp marks on the roof trusses. The likes of the christmas tree box felt damp too but not wet. The floor of the attic is insulated with rock wool but its over 20 years old. Would it be advisable to put more rockwool up along…

Some of the timber has a discoloration or stain like appearance on it.
