Hi there.. has anybody had any issues with the j 5?... I got one last dec. and have never been able to get a regular decent signal... I have had the handset changed once and he sim card 3 times... i have even tried a different service provider... I have done a master reset but no difference... I know I can send phone to…

This query would be better suited to the Android Devices forum where people may have similar experiences. Alternatively, you could post in the Talk To forum of your mobile provider (if they have one set up) and a company rep may be able to assist.
