First visit to Bali

    Hi, We are considering going to Bali sometime next year to stay for a few weeks.

    We are not really sure where to start but considering Seminyak, Canggu or Ubud depending on what I've read online.

    Are these good places to visit? We would want somewhere lively enough, with nice beaches, bars, restaurants etc and things to do during the day.

    Would appreciate any advice!

    Considering staying for 3 weeks possibly, maybe 1 week somewhere and 2 weeks somewhere else.

    We are a couple in our 20's. (If that makes any difference!)

    Ubud area for mountain treks,waterfalls and the monkey forest and coffee plantations
    Seminyak is upscale with a myriad of beach clubs like Finns and the potato head
    Sanur and the gilli islands week 3
    Seminyak has loads of beach bars as has Sanur but the Gilli islands by ferry from Sanur,stay there for a while and party like mad

    Bali is a right spot,cheap too
