Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Builder in Meath for rear extension

    Hi

    Just looking for quotes for build to start in summer.
    Can anyone recommend a builder to build single storey rear extension and kitchen approx 25/30 sq mtr. I’m based in ratoath/Ashbourne area.

    Could you let me know how you're getting on? From what I hear, there aren't many builders available. One friend was told it'd be 2021 by the time the builder could start. Another was quoted €190k for an extension and some other work, double what other quotes/architect said it would cost. Obviously they don't want the work.
