Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi All,
I am 39 years old male and I am currently suffering from various allergies.
I am especially allergic to dust , smoke .There may be other undiagnosed allergies.
Even tiny amounts of dust are enough to give me sinus infections and infections in the ear and nose.
ENT specialist prescribe me anti allergies and antibiotics but exposure to very minute dust or smoke is enough to start all that cycle again.
I need help .Any information will be much appreciated.
It has been going for years and I feel helpless and powerless.
I have taken treatments from allergy specialists as well , but nothing seems to work.
Thanks for reading my post and if you can be that angel who can advise me something I would be really thankful.

    Hello

I got diagnosed with asthma (I'm about to post on that on a new thread!) and allergies last year. Did the whole ENT thing plus RAST tests etc.
Did you get positive test results for each allergy? If so are you avoiding/ managing as much as you can?

What made a huge difference for me was eating well, sleeping well and Rhinolight therapy in my nostrils, Was a bit dubious but now can breathe and much less caught up than before.

Hope this helps, have a read up on it and it might be your thing.
