Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

NOT LOOKING FOR LEGAL ADVICE,JUST OPINION.

Lets say I make a contract for goods or services in February, and pay all fees and charges.

The company I made the deal with contact me in June and cancel the contract and offer me a refund, but instead of taking the refund, I make a new order for different goods.

Is my contract date February or June?

If you can do the job, do it. If you can't do the job, just teach it. If you really suck at it, just become a union executive or politician.

June would be my guess as its a new order for new goods.

However it would be open to debate
