    OH got a guy in to check out / service the 14yo heating system in her house, not good news..

    Reported back that the lot needs to be replaced with a condensing boiler, need to bring oil tank up to spec too it seems, what is ball park figure for this? (Service guy reckoned about 2.5 / 3K, he does not do this work, so no benefit to him to condemn it)

    I can't help you with a price but prices seem to differ throughout the country. If you say what county you are in then the answers you get might be more accurate
