Are celts a tribe of the caucusus?

I read recently that the celtic people most likely come from the caucusus mountains and are strongly related to groups such as the circassians and avars,

Is there any truth to this?

Apparently these groups have a lot of R1 in their DNA and that is apparently celtic blood.

Ancient writers gave the name Celts to various population groups living across central Europe inland from the Mediterranean coastal areas. Most scholars agree that the Celtic culture first appeared in the Late Bronze Age in the area of the upper Danube sometime around the 13th century BCE.

By R1 I assume you mean R1b which is YDNA which is passed down the male line. It seems to have entered Wester Europe via the Caspian Pontic Steppe with the Yamnaya culture who most likely brought early Indo European languages, and then spread West with the Bell Beaker people.
There’s no link with the Caucuses.
