It's probably a money pit alright but at least they won't have to basically rebuild it like in the last few episodes.

Demolition and rebuilding has to be far cheaper than restoration.

If it was two usable bathrooms for busy times, then he's trying to save there to get as much out of a very small budget for a lot of house.

A3 rating is the aim and you can see why, cold looking house.

Lowest is 194k , 30k price increase.
