Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Updated summary so

a caucasian American male actor, not a comedian but sorta is, over 45, film career and then successful tv career, has won emmys but mire than 4 yeats ago and many other awards ( not clear what the software reference is but appears to have oscars and golden globes)

    Exciting, one shot at this.....

Anyone care to pool thoughts on this one. Alec baldwin is the closest match i have so far but while he has an emmy more than 4 years ago and golden globes he only had an Oscar nomination rather than a win i think. Anyone have a list of dual winners ?

Yeah i thought so and ruled him out for that. None of vales list meets all criteria. Edit also never won an emmy just nominated

For clarification jay (not as a question since weve none left :) ) you are saying they have emmys and oscars earlier

I don't think Trit's was an official guess, but thanks for putting us out of our misery (and yourself too, I guess) :) :P I'd not have got DH at all. I didn't know he was on TV - I looked it up and the TV show was Medici.

As Trit came up with the answer, I guess he's for posting the next question.
