Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I don't get out much, so I have a question for all you avant-garde up-to-the-minute fashionistas:

Is wearing two collared shirts under a jacket a thing now? Or is Steve Bannon just a tramp with undue influence?
(Recorded a year ago, I know, but topical given Trump's visit to UK)

He clearly is. Count the collars.

...and in this one he goes one better. A jacket, two shirts AND a t-shirt underneath.

Maybe he just feels the cold. :)

Oh no, I can see it, it's just weird. Surely if he's cold, there are better insulating garments than a shirt. Meh. . . .still weird though.

    Agreed.

I guess my initial question, though, was is he uniquely weird or is this a fashion in some circles?

No, he was slagged off about it then.

There used to be a fashion in the early 2000's for east coast ivy league bro types to wear 2 or even more colourful polo shirts with collars popped. It died out, but you do occasionally see 'dress' shirts about that have like a fake second collar. It looks epically stupid if you ask me.

Why in the world would you be thinking of using Steve Bannon as a benchmark for anything, let alone fashion?

I don't know much about fashion (clearly) but I've got to agree with you there!
